Because I live out of town, she went on all of the inspections and sent me detailed notes with good recommendations on how the inspections went. Hope took on an unorthodox project, working with our Colorado Special District to sell our property. Because it was an unusual property, and difficult to appraise, we were't sure what kind of price we'd get but Hope and Dossie's creative marketing, knowledge of the neighborhood, great connections and perseverance resulted in a wildly successful open house which yielded many offers above the asking price. They stuck with us for many months while we tried to figure out our best options, even when we weren't sure we even wanted to put it on the market.
