At times home ownership seemed like a far off distant goal - or even a pipe dream, until I contacted Hope to help me through the process. She helped me find my new home that meets all my needs, and in many ways exceeds my expectations. She tolerated my many questions as a first time home buyer, and she always met me with honesty (even at times the brutal truth.) Although as a first time home buyer, I did feel anxious throughout the process, I was assured that Hope had my very best interest in mind, and I feel as though I came out on top in the bargaining process. Hope was always there, answered my calls, called back quickly even when on her vacation. She helped me deal with lenders, agents & everything else I was supposed to do ASAP. She was raised in Denver and knows the community well. She was wise in recommending or not recommending different properties and communities. Because I live out of town, she went on all of the inspections and sent me detailed notes with good recommendations on how the inspections went. Hope took on an unorthodox project, working with our Colorado Special District to sell our property. Because it was an unusual property, and difficult to appraise, we were't sure what kind of price we'd get but Hope and Dossie's creative marketing, knowledge of the neighborhood, great connections and perseverance resulted in a wildly successful open house which yielded many offers above the asking price. They stuck with us for many months while we tried to figure out our best options, even when we weren't sure we even wanted to put it on the market.
