I have worked with Hope twice now in the last three years for both sale of my current home and purchase of a new house. Hope stays in constant communication on the status of offers, contracts and upcoming actions. If there are any issues, she addresses them straight away. She is very experienced in the Cumming area. It is always a pleasure to work with her and I will do it again when I move in the future.

We picked Hope out of the blue from Realtors to show us a house we had found and wanted to see . She was "God sent" to work with us and the sellers realtor ( their niece) in negotiations on the house. We are experienced house buyers and have bought and sold 3 or 4 houses in the recent years. We knew how to do our research to find the house we wanted and to determine the value of the house, but we needed representation since this house was listed in the MLS . The process to eventually make an offer on the " house of our dreams" took 9 months due to the sell of our current home. During this time Hope was patient and confident that we would get the home at the price we wanted. During this time we ask her to show us other houses in the event this house sold before we could purchase it. The amount we offered was approximately 10% less than the sellers wanted for the house and Hope worked extremely hard to explain the basis of our offer to the sellers / realtor . She never gave up or tried to convince us to pay more just to make the sale. Because of her commitment to us and her persistence the sellers accepted our offer as submitted. Hope was a true blessing from God to represent us to the sellers and we would recommend her to anyone.
