Holly was wonderful in every way. She could not have done more to make the sale go through. She was always available and responded to every phone call or email. Selling a property from a distance is not easy and she made it appear as though I was always in the States instead of in Portugal for a good deal of the transactions. She is also an exceptionally good and thoughtful person.
Holly's (and Beth's) recommendations for preparing the house to show were helpful and timely. Holly and Beth made themselves available to everyone who wanted a showing and there were about 20 in the first week. Holly was especially understanding as the negotiation period progressed and helped to allay our concerns. (We would not recommend the attorney who handled our transaction. I guess she was too busy. )Nevertheless Holly remained very professional and available til the last paper was signed!
