I want to preface this by saying I live in New York City and know many real estate agents. And as It's extremely helpful to read intelligent and accurate reviews of products and services I selfishly never leave them. However it would be ethically wrong not to leave one for Holly Suminski. I've never had the pleasure of working with anyone who was this pleasant and professional at every turn. We recently sold my dad's house and the process was not pleasant. So understandably I wasn't looking forward to the sale of my mother's home. Holly is a neighbor and friend of my mother's so it made sense to discuss the sale with her. At first meeting I was extremely impressed with her. She was highly intelligent attuned to the circumstances incredibly professional and exceptionally kind. I won't go into all of the extraordinary ways that Holly tended to every single aspect of the sale but it was absolutely above and beyond. Every time. Holly is the real estate agent one can only dream of. She was not only the best real estate agent I've ever used she was the most thorough and professional service provider I've ever worked with. Turpin Realtors is extremely fortunate to have someone like Holly on their team.

Working with Holly was a delight! She lived close to the property being sold and was always available to troubleshoot when I could not be present; she went well above and beyond what one expects from a realtor.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Holly Suminski who was our agent for both buying a new house and selling the old one. Holly helped us look at so many homes until we found the style and spaciousness we needed. Once we found our future home Holly helped us through the inspection process to ensure everything was okay. When we were ready to sell the old house after we moved Holly helped us so much in getting the house ready for sale. She made suggestions but never pressured us to do anything we didn't feel was warranted. After only one day on the market we had a buyer! Holly then met all the inspectors for us so we didn't have to take the time waiting for them at an empty house. We really appreciate the effort Holly took! We highly recommend her!

Holly Suminski went above and beyond to make our home sale go smoothly from listing to closing. She has a wealth of contacts for home maintenance which we made great use of in preparing for the sale. Never did we feel pressured during the listing process. Holly made it all happen!
