About Holly

Real estate is my full-time profession, and it has been since 2007. At Dunes Real Estate, I help buyers and sellers in Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and the surrounding South Carolina Lowcountry make informed decisions with personal attention throughout the process. When you call, you get me—not an assistant or another agent. I believe clients deserve clear answers, responsive communication, and someone who follows through—from our first conversation to closing. For buyers, I focus on finding a home and community that fit how they want to live, while helping them evaluate pricing and navigate the purchase. For sellers, I work to position their property effectively, negotiate on their behalf, and guide them through the details and paperwork. I hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. Relocation has been an important part of my career. With years of experience helping relocating clients, I understand how much there is to consider when moving to a new area. My husband and I made that transition ourselves when we moved to Hilton Head Island after more than 15 years in Columbia, South Carolina. My connection to military families is personal. I am the daughter and granddaughter of Navy servicemen and the wife of a retired Army Ranger. Born and raised in San Diego, I have always felt at home near the water. I’m a scuba diver, an avid traveler, and a devoted pet lover. When I’m home on Hilton Head Island, I’m happiest at the beach or in the pool. Excellent agent! Holly helped us sell our home...

Excellent agent! Holly helped us sell our home after we lived in home for a few years. She helped us find our current home with acreage and privacy. Ran into issues with a very difficult buyer and buyers agent on our home when selling and she handled all issues with 100% professionalism.
