Holly Stallings handled the sale of our Hollywood Beach Condo. From the time the pictures were taken to the time we accepted an offer was 6 days. I live in VA and recently bought a second home in the Harbor Beach area of Fort Lauderdale. When I called Holly, I had just discovered the home online on a Sunday soon after returning to Virginia from Fort Lauderdale. The home was perfect but I learned the seller was apparently already in the final stages of negotiation with a very interested buyer. Holly swooped in, reoriented the seller's agent with masterful persuasion and advised me in submitting an offer that won us the home which we now love dearly.
