Contacted Holly around 9 am. and she responded and stated she could be at the above address at 1:30 pm. Discussed sale of hose she thoroughly explained all the options and what she would do as far as marketing the house ( pictures, comp pricing and expectations of a quick sale based on the current market conditions). Kept me constantly updated and informed of changes and documents that needed attention and signed. Very smooth and professional through the whole process from the start of sale through the closing.
