Where do I start?! Holly guided me through an amazing and easy to navigate journey for a first time, solo homebuyer like me. From our first meeting, you could tell that she truly listens to your wants and needs. Then, given her knowledge of the San Diego area, she would email me recommendations of new listings that met my needs, along with a brief description of what details to look out for on those respective visits. After we found matches, we went on visits together where she was very observant, honest, and caring to ensure I was set up for success for the offers I put down. After we found the right home, she was still able to dedicate her energy to make sure I found the right lender, recommended an honest home inspector, and walked me through the documents signing process. Like I said earlier, this was my first home buying experience, and I am doing it on my own. However, I never felt alone in this process thanks to Holly and her energetic care, mixed with her experience/knowledge/ambition. I still can't believe I am a homeowner, and it wouldn't be possible without Holly.

Holly was super amazing!!! I may be biased, but Holly was so responsive with her text messages. We sold our home through while we're on vacation and her negotiation on skills were top notch! During the escrow process we had a few hiccups, but she was able to get everything all sorted out. Most of all, she is down to earth and is always there with you throughout the entire process. She walked us through each step and constantly kept us informed on what was happening throughout the purchase. She was able to negotiate to get us a credit from the seller to fix a few small things on the house. I look back on the buying and selling process and I can’t believe how easy it was and I credit it all to having Holly as our relator! Holly is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and an all-around wonderful person. She made sure I understood every step and she was always on top of everything.
