After my 1st meeting with Holly, I knew I'd want her to help with my biggest purchase ever. Aside from being just plain fun to be around, she was able to answer every question and to negotiate so many different items that she saved me almost $100,000. I couldn't believe how perfectly it all came together. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
Words can’t describe how great Holly is. She is a legend and more than an agent helping me purchase a house, she’s a detective and a go getter!! Your typically agent will find the house, get the deal and close. Holly really cares and wants her clients to find the BEST house with no surprises down the road. We had two houses under contract before THE house came up. Thank goodness I had her to help me see why those houses weren’t good. Seller either had no clue what they actually had and the issues with the house (only because they didn’t have the right agent when purchasing) OR they and their agents lie and withhold crucial information. Holly was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. She went above & beyond the job of a real estate agent. She had all the right answers for anything I needed during my process and knew all the right people to help me beyond the scope of my purchase. We had a few obstacles due to the sellers, and She managed to handle those issues even though it wasn’t her role. She has been helpful beyond the buying process with local handyman referrals and contractors. There isn’t another real estate agent I would ever recommend to anyone other then Holly because I am 110% sure She can handle any job
