Words can’t describe how great Holly is. She is a legend and more than an agent helping me purchase a house, she’s a detective and a go getter!! Your typically agent will find the house, get the deal and close. Holly really cares and wants her clients to find the BEST house with no surprises down the road. We had two houses under contract before THE house came up. Thank goodness I had her to help me see why those houses weren’t good. Seller either had no clue what they actually had and the issues with the house (only because they didn’t have the right agent when purchasing) OR they and their agents lie and withhold crucial information.
