Her professionalism, communication, Initiative to handle situations and get things done, her knowledge when looking for something was beyond what we expected! And at the same time gave us that comfort level like a friend would, which made things alot smoother and more comfortable for us. I am a first time home buyer, and buying a home is a stressful experience, but Holly made the experience so great. I started my home search in June 2021, and the first house I was interested in touring, Holly advised me that there was potential asbestos and flood damage from Florence. Any home that has signs of any damage that could cause further issues down the line she warned me about. Holly always advised to not rush the process, because purchasing a home is big commitment, and to make sure I knew what I wanted and to not settle. Any questions I had, were always answered quickly.
