This is our second time working with Holly to sell our home. The first round was a direct sell where she came in to help with all the formality/communication/organization/etc needed for a smooth sale. This second round was straight to the market. It wasn't the prettiest seller's market either. Holly guided us, prepared us, and led us with confidence and tenured knowledge through the whole process. She provides so much information up front and stays available to answer any questions that arise throughout the process. Her negotiation tactics helped us come out on top as well despite the before-mentioned market circumstances. You HAVE to use The Homes by Holly Group when you are buying/listing your house! Brandi was our realtor and when I say she is the best of the best I mean it! She was so clear and communicative through the entire process and helped us prepare to sell our home the best way possible! With all her (and her teams) hard work and attention to detail we were able to get under contract within 24 hours of putting our house on the market!! Brandi answered all of our questions so well and really explained the whole process of getting to closing so it was much less overwhelming and a smooth process! The whole process we could just feel how supportive the whole office was of each other, even though the other realtors in the office weren’t the listing agents they were so engaged and willing to help in the marketing side of things. 20/10 recommend using them for buying or selling a home!

This is what I placed in our Private facebook group of our gated community - For those that will be selling their home in the future , let me just tell you having the “right” Realtor makes a HUGE difference ! We thought we had done our homework, and “found” the right person , No professional flyer was done, little social media and the list goes on……. to basically no showings for 6 months. Hired a new agent (Holly & her team) and in the next 60 days sold! Beautiful color brochure, all social media platforms reached, constant communication, Unbelievable, SO if you are looking for a GREAT Realtor & an AMAZING team. Reach out to Holly They also had cleaners clean our entire house upon moving out :) At least interview her & her team . TOTALLY worth it !!!

She found us exactly what we had asked for! We love our new home away from home! Kelsea was very attentive to details and made the buying process easy. She was there for us every step of the way including a final walk through before closing and she was there at closing to make sure everything was in order.
