Returning Clients

This is our second time working with Holly to sell our home. The first round was a direct sell where she came in to help with all the formality/communication/organization/etc needed for a smooth sale. This second round was straight to the market. It wasn't the prettiest seller's market either. Holly guided us, prepared us, and led us with confidence and tenured knowledge through the whole process. She provides so much information up front and stays available to answer any questions that arise throughout the process. Her negotiation tactics helped us come out on top as well despite the before-mentioned market circumstances. Coming from Florida and wanting to be first-time homebuyer in Texas , I was incredibly nervous about the process, but Holly took the time to explain how is it to buy a house in Texas. First Time Homebuyer

As a first time home buyer I cannot recommend Holly enough! Going into this process I had no idea if now was the right time for me to purchase and what that would entail. From the first call she had so much knowledge and helped me understand the whole process. From viewing houses for the first time, to negotiations, and all the way to closing, Holly and her team did an amazing job at making this such a smooth process. 10/10 recommend!

We referred to Homes by Holly Group by a friend. We were so glad we went with them. Our realtor was ReShea. She was God sent and was so responsive to all our questions. Though her drive was far, she traveled the distance so we could view houses. We definitely recommend going with their for your home buying/selling process.
