We had a vague idea of what we wanted in a house, where we wanted our mortgage to be, and a general vicinity. Within 14 days we were placing an offer on a house. Holly comes equipped with endless knowledge and contacts to get the job done and done well. Do you want to use a certain inspector ? That’s fine go for it, but if you don’t, Holly has a list of inspectors in the area ready to go. Don’t know who to borrow from? Holly’s got you covered. Even down to movers, cleaners, painters. Holly is prepared to support every step of the way and even post purchase. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. When closing on a home purchase or sale, the legal jargon in all of that paperwork can be overwhelming, but Holly walked us thru the explanations for any questions we had of the "legal details" in a manner that was easily understandable.
