Holly was great! I traveled from Maryland to look at some properties and encountered a bad faith seller, that could have ruined my trip; sending me back home wasting my time and money. But, she continued looking, and found us a better spot at a reasonable price.

I was thinking of selling my house so I waited till Sunday morning and started calling around and the only Realtor that did not go to answering service was HOLLY! Sunday morning at 9:30 she answer the phone. I new that was the real estate company I wanted to go with. I told her what price I wanted and wouldn't take a dime less. Within two weeks she brought me an offer for what I wanted and I said yes. It was suppose to close on the 30th and she brought it in on the 26th. Also I was falling behind on packing and she came over after work to help me pack. Hats off to you Kid!

I had so many questions and she took the time to answer everything. The experience was painless and she is the best!
