Holly was able to get our offer accepted with seller concessions and a contingency and she was very helpful along the way with all issues that arose. She was able to get 2 extensions on the closing date and worked with our lender and sellers agent to ensure the sellers would extend contract. Without her, we would have not closed and been in our new beautiful home! We will use Holly for every real estate purchase and sale in the future!
