Every time you sell or buy you may need an expert to go to bat for you! I have had two moves, where Holly was instrumental in keeping us sane and providing last minute solutions to unforeseen circumstances! It is vital to have an expert and advocate that isn’t afraid of complications and really knows the market you are in. She even will refer you to another agent if your buying side is in a market she doesn’t know well. This means she isn’t greedy and will make sure you are served best. I love Holly!
