We had a great experience with Holly twice! Due to deaths in the family’ we needed to sell a house once in 2014 in Willow Glen and again in 2020 in Campbell. Holly has guided us through some deferred maintenance issues to get both houses ready for sale. During the listing communication was frequent and on point. Being a out of state seller this was important to me. Was very happy with results each time. Will use her in the future.
