Hillary Lafferty was very honest with us regarding how to navigate buying and selling a house at the same time. If we could have added a sixth star for responsiveness and communication, we would, she was always in touch with us and always available to answer even the simplest questions we had. At each milestone, Hillary made it very clear what we could expect. When we arrived at our new home for our final walk through, Hillary had arrived early and gave us a few homey touches. In an empty house, these little touches made it feel like a home.
