We can’t say enough wonderful things about Hillary! We actually went through the home buying process from out of state, and Hillary was very responsive, helpful, and dedicated to helping us find the perfect home (even at 8.5 months pregnant!) She went and scoped out homes for us quickly, and sent detailed videos and photos to us to help us make a decision. After putting in an offer on our home, she made the rest of the process so easy for us! Hillary went the extra mile for us, and we can’t thank her enough for getting us back into Naperville. You should look no further than Hillary when you are ready to buy or sell your home! She’s AMAZING! We will highly recommend her to anyone!

Hillary is incredible and we are so thankful for her help! This was our first experience with looking for and purchasing a home and she walked us through every single step along the way and made us feel at ease during the entire process. She helped us figure out what we were looking for and pointed out several things that we never would have thought to look at / ask about. Hillary Lafferty was very honest with us regarding how to navigate buying and selling a house at the same time. If we could have added a sixth star for responsiveness and communication, we would, she was always in touch with us and always available to answer even the simplest questions we had. At each milestone, Hillary made it very clear what we could expect. When we arrived at our new home for our final walk through, Hillary had arrived early and gave us a few homey touches. In an empty house, these little touches made it feel like a home.

Hillary was a pleasure to work with. This is our first time purchasing a home and she was very helpful. Throughout the process, she would guide us, give us tips and things to think about that probably wouldn't have crossed our minds. She was knowledgable and has the experience. She was never "pushy," which we really appreciated. Hillary is great with her responsiveness, she's always available for questions/concerns. We highly recommend Hillary, we would definitely be using her again in our future.

Hillary was fantastic throughout the entire home buying journey! As first time home buyers, we were a little nervous coming in, but once we began to work with Hillary, those fears were gone. She consistently went the extra mile to make sure that we were fully involved in our own purchase, while also taking the time to educate us on the home buying process in general. Whether it was answering our numerous texts asking questions at every point in the day or pointing out things we may have missed at a showing, she really made sure that we knew that she was in our corner. Our only regret with finally closing on the house is that we won't be able to hang out with Hillary all the time anymore!

We moved to the Chicagoland area from Minnesota and Hillary was amazing in keeping us informed about the entire process. She made herself open and available during the times we could be in town for showings and went above and beyond during the entire journey of finding a home and moving in. She is so much more than just a realtor. Thank you for everything. We LOVE OUR HOUSE!
