I’m Hillary! I’m passionate about making the Catskills a place where everyone can live, work and play. I’m especially interested in housing equity: helping underrepresented groups and people who traditionally have not been able to buy property find ways to undo generational inequities through home and land ownership. I have a relationship-first approach to real estate. I want to get to know my clients, and listen and care deeply that they understand the whole process and know I'm there for them every step of the way. My innovative thinking, offer and listing strategy, and knowledge of different areas of the Catskills ensures that I can help you find your perfect place or quickly sell your home. I’m adept at getting past sticking points as we move toward closing, knowing how to win offers in a competitive situation, and finding clients the people and resources they need in the area. I've been visiting the Hudson Valley and Catskills areas from NYC for 20 years, both as a vacationer, and as a wedding DJ (!) at gorgeous venues all over the region. And now, I call it home — living with my partner and our poodle, Party Girl, in Schoharie County, NY (the Catskills’ best-kept secret!). I love the mountains, creeks, my garden, and the rich creative community. And, being able to access fresh foods, local farms, and farm-to-table restaurants is amazing.
