Hillary was recommended to me by a family member and I could not ask for a better agent. I used her for my first home purchase and my first home sale and she was absolutely amazing! During my first home purchase, Hillary showed deep understanding of the market, what areas I should choose or stay away from based on multiple characteristics and it worked out amazingly. I found a starter home that I loved and that me perfectly. Due to several life changes, I sold my house with Hillary too. During the period of my sale, Hillary was battling cancer, that she has now beat, but she didn’t miss a beat. She was there when I had a question, she was there when the buyers agent had a question and she never left me out of the loop during the whole process. To me, that’s incredibly commendable with such a scary time for her and her family happening at the same time. Throughout both processes of buying and selling, Hillary was always a quick message or call away. She never left me in the dark or avoided conversation, even though I could be difficult at times. She jumped when I said jumped, but also had the strength to tell me no when I fell in love with specific things, but she knew it wasn’t the right fit. I have already recommended her to other friends looking for a realtor and would feel comfortable recommending her to anybody that asked. Amazing agent!

We were moving from out of state and we only had two days to find a house. Not only did she find us our new home on the first day, but Hillary was professional, prompt, organized, knowledgeable, and so fun to work with! Everyone should use her as their realtor!
