Communication is *key* for Hillary. She'll ask, but she'll also observe your reactions to houses and communicate back to help drill down to what seems important to your search, even if you can't articulate it. The Fathom listing portal was nice, but Hillary's organization in arranging schedules to view houses that ran like clockwork surpassed expectations based upon the portal. Above all that, at least for a first time home-buyer, she is fantastically reassuring throughout the process.

Hillary was an amazing agent! She had to navigate complicated situations that can come with selling a condo and handled it all so gracefully, easing all of our worries. Of course, the best part of all was getting us FULL asking price after ONE week on the market! She is the smart bulldog agent you want working for you.
