Hilda did a detailed assessment of the property and we agreed on a listing price that we felt good about. The influx of potential buyers helped us get well above the asking price. Hilda went above and beyond by coordinating maintenance, inspections and tag sales while the house had already been vacated (which was a huge help for me being remote).
