Hilda helped with the sale of my mother's home, which was complicated by many factors including my mother's age/health and the fact that I live two hours away from her home. Hilda's friendly demeanor built trust between her and my mother, which was vital because I was unable to be there in person throughout most of the process. Hilda did a detailed assessment of the property and we agreed on a listing price that we felt good about. The influx of potential buyers helped us get well above the asking price. Hilda went above and beyond by coordinating maintenance, inspections and tag sales while the house had already been vacated (which was a huge help for me being remote). She was always reachable whenever I had a question.
