Ms Hilda did an excellent job following up on leads and representing me as we viewed and negotiate for condo purchase. She was available for questions and answered thoroughly. She was a strong real estate agent. Previously I’d worked with other agents and Hilda was the best.

In the hunting and purchase of my first home as well as the sample of my first home after my divorce and hunt and purchase of a new home for our new life Hilda was someone we could rely on .. she did something that I could not find another real estate agent to do which was to actually listen .. I spoke to a dozen agents the first time around I gave them what we were looking for and they showed me everything but . Hilda listens and beyond that she heard me and didn’t waste our time trying to just uh kid house but instead found us. A dismond in the rough in the school district I wanted with more than we could have asked for .. so when it was time to sell there was no question who we needed to call she helped coordinate a sale and purchase during a pandemic where we had time between closing to move from one house to the other ( I heard it is impossible but no she got it done with grace and always a smile ) and even when we looked for a new home with price restrictions she heard all the needs and wants and basically delivered all of them within our price point .. which is a taller order than you may even understand ... my kids each have their own rooms we have enough bathrooms added rooms like a den and a sunroom ( not sure how she found this one but it may have needed work but more than worth it) I don’t think we will ever want to leave this house lol. But when it comes to me to sell my parents home or when anyone. Asks me for recommendations ... there is no hesitation in recommending Hilda !! One of the kindest warm hearted people I’ve the pleasure to meet and she is awesome at her job !!! Cant loose !! 10 plus years of working with her and that will continue !!

Hilda was very personable and thorough from the initial contact to close. Hilda helped coordinate the efforts of my sister and brothers to list our mother and father's home with sensitivity, support, and guidance. Hilda is a great representative of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Team.

My wife and I were looking for the perfect house for a year. Throughout that time every weekend we would travel from Brooklyn to Long Island to meet with Hilda and see at least 3-5 houses. Hilda was very patient and understood what we were looking for and focused on that. In the end we found our house and closed on 6/9/17, started looking in the beginning of 2016. Thanks again Hilda for all your patience and time, it was worth the long wait.

This sale was due to a death in the family,and we lived out of state.Hilda was sensitive to our need to move family items out of the house before listing it.She checked on the house frequently and even discovered that a repair was needed on the gas heater.She kept in touch with me often and was willing to help us in any way that we needed.She is very knowledgable about the housing market and was a resource for us when we needed to find a mover and other professionals,as we did not know anyone local.We had a very positive experience with Hilda Chin and would recommend her to anyone.
