Good thing about Hilda is that she doesn't try to push this new Buyers Broker agreement on you, like most RE Brokers try to do now. It's not Fl. State law that you sign 1. I did a small land deal through her and purchased her listing and everything went well. She's a good intermediary between yourself and her clients.
