Hilary grew up just outside the Beltway in McLean and moved to the Northern Neck in 2003 after falling in love with the relaxed, rural waterfront lifestyle. Over the past 20 years, she and her husband, Bill, have raised their family here while growing their custom home building company, Bay View Homes. Before joining Horsley Real Estate, Hilary spent 13 years as Director of Admission at Chesapeake Academy in Irvington, where she developed a deep passion for helping families learn about the Northern Neck community. She continues to share this enthusiasm on social media through her page, Northern Neck Homes and Lifestyle, where she showcases the beauty, charm, and unique character of the region.
