If you are looking for a realtor who will go the distance than choose Hilary Dehn. Being a first time homebuyer it was easy for me to feel overwhelmed with the process of finding and then closing on a home. Hilary made it all easy and always responded to and submitted my paperwork with immediacy. In fact, she helped close on my place in less than a month. When searching for my home in Denver she drove from an hour away to show me the places I needed to see. You want a realtor you can trust and who will work hard for you.
