Herman takes your vision of a home and put it together and he does not rush you. He always say, "Don't rush take a day to think about it, you might change your mind by tomorrow." He is also patient with all the questions I had with it being my first time purchasing. He is well knowledgeable about the market in Pontiac, Detroit, Hazel Park and surrounding areas.
