Herman is very professional. He sticks to the time you set. He makes sure you are notified for appointments and he makes sure you stay in communication with your loan officer. Herman takes your vision of a home and put it together and he does not rush you. He always say, "Don't rush take a day to think about it, you might change your mind by tomorrow." He is also patient with all the questions I had with it being my first time purchasing. He is well knowledgeable about the market in Pontiac, Detroit, Hazel Park and surrounding areas. I appreciate him and the efforts that he put into my search.
