This home purchase was the first for my daughter so it was important we had a realtor that checked all the boxes. Roy did just that. Not once did we have to wait for a response when we had questions from he or his staff. Because he is so familiar with Rapid City and the Black Hills, it was really easy to coordinate showing of homes. He and his staff made the process simple for my daughter, explaining everything in detail. He went above and beyond even walking us through video showing of a home when we couldn't attend. I feel like we put him up against a challenge and he answered the challenge with ease. He's such a likeable, patient person! Highly recommend.
