I can’t say enough good things about Roy. He went above and beyond to help me sell my property. Before working with him, I had my home listed with three other realtors in Rapid City. They had very few showings—or none at all—and were unable to get it sold. Roy came in, priced the home realistically based on its value, and was honest with me from the start.
