The little things matter

My choice of the "review headline" couldn't be more true with life. When we meet new people or know people who make your problems theirs problems in an attempt to help means alot, we appreciate that. It helps put our minds at ease when dealing with stressful situations. That's what Roy did for us during our recent sale and purchase of a new home. Staring day 1 he came to our house looked at it, gave us very simple suggestions that would make our old property more appealing to the next person. The confidence Roy had in our old homes ability to sale was unmatched by my wife and I. Once we made the recommended adjustments to our home Roy came back. He took his own photographs of our home and a video for social media to reach out to as many potential buyers as possible on every social media platform. Once the hard part of listing was over, the fun of looking at possible homes began. Roy was absolutely amazing during this process. When we thought about changing to a different community, Roy would help us find bus stops for school pick up without us asking. Roy was very knowledgeable about those communities but he also has alot of relationships built up with members of those communities. Which made moving less stressful when we already had contacts of people to speak to and ask questions. When it came time to put in offers, Roy wasn't scared to ask the sellers realtor anything about the properties and dispute anything on our behalf. I never once got the impression from Roy that a request or question to the sellers was asking too much. Roy put in the tough work for us multiple times throughout the process. Roy recommended CMG finanacial were we met Josh and Kelsey who were a dream team. No matter what time of day we also got fast responses from both of them. I feel with Josh, Kelsey and Roy we got the proper guidance setting my family up for a successful future. Thank you Roy for everything, you did all the small things that made this process absolutely amazing!
