Henny is very knowledgeable. She tried her best to show us various options and patiently listened to our requirements for purchasing home. She has been very respectful throughout our home purchase journey. She always took initiatives to reach out to us and keep updating us all the times whenever our search went a little off. She really did a good job and I am glad that I got her as my agent because I wanted a understanding person who is not her professional and also a little friendly to make us comfortable as we were first time home buyer. There was no scope of negotiation because it’s a new construction house. So, didn’t get to experience that. But our home search experience was smooth than I had expected because of her contribution and knowledge. She is a genuine person and I would definitely recommend her to all other buyers out there.

During this period of time, I almost give up due to the competitive market situation. There are always multiple offers on one property, and I have been pretty frustrated. Henny always encourages me not to lose hope and cheers me up with her smiles. She treats me more than just a customer, but a friend and always lends me a helping hand when I need it. Finally we got the house. As a matter of fact, I nearly missed the chance again. It was a rainy and windy day, and I wanted to just skip this last house tour. I am glad that I listened to Henny and made the trip to this house, the last one on that day, and we nailed it.
