Helia brings an enormous amount of knowledge to the table. She understands the process, environment, and her audience. She explained everything with detail, she went out of her way to work at anytime of the day and night. More importantly she became family. As a local business owner, respect/communication and culture is our number 1 motto and Helia provided the same.
Well we didn't know anything about buying a home we where lost . Untill we meet Heila Wolfer Omg we drove her crazy we didn't know what we wanted. She opened our eyes to our beautiful home.
This is what a go getter is supposed to work like. We owe the home we currently own to the knowledge and perseverance of Helia. Not only did she know what we wanted but almost forced us (nicely) to see a property she knew was right for us when we were skeptical about it. Long story short, we now own that home. As a bonus, we not only have a reputable and amazing realtor to recommend but also a new friend.
