She has even continued to help us by collecting our mail, until we are able to pack up and move into our new home. You can't find that type of help any more. Short story: Helen is the best agent ever!! Long story: Helen was so organized and helpful, as well as super friendly, we couldn't imagine having a better agent for our house purchase. She anticipated most of our questions and kept us knowledgeable about the next steps in our journey at all times. She also organized many house visits for my husband when he visited for a few days so there was no issue getting into all the houses on our list. Then when we narrowed the list to 2 houses, she got my husband back into those houses so we could do a video conference with me and then make a decision of the house to buy before he had to leave. After making the offer, whenever we would freak out about something, Helen quickly responded to our frantic emails and calmed us down. She also made sure the loan process went off without a hitch, giving us critical guidance to make sure we didn't make any mistakes or fall prey to the many false scams. She even helped out with our offers to buy some of the sellers property in the house, going above and beyond the sale of the house. We really appreciated Helen's friendliness, clear communications, and teamwork. She is a gem and we cannot imagine going through this stressful process without her cool/calm head guiding us along the way.
