Helen did an excellent job in keeping us informed of what to expect and what we're the next steps in the process. She was also very good at details ensuring proper procedures were followed which was good since I am an engineer who thrives on detail.
Helen is extremely professional and knowledgeable of real estate, the area and its professionals. She is flexible, honest, thorough, diplomatic and fun to work with. Helen listed our home on a Thursday and held an open house the next day. By Saturday, we had two cash offers, over asking price cash offers, and another offer "in the works" had we not chosen to accept the offer we did. What's not to love???
Who knew it could be so easy to sell a house? Not me, that’s for sure. But I believe the only reason it went so easy is that Helen Williams is so good at what she does and we had the pleasure of having her as our broker. From the start, Helen made the process so easy for us even though the timing of our situation (i.e., we had to wait until we bought a house in CA before listing the FL house) was very tricky. She got all the information she needed early on so that once our offer was accepted, we could move quickly to sell the FL house. We had to push back our date more than a few times (sorry Helen!) due to the challenge of buying a house but Helen was so easy going and just extended our contracts to deal with the delays. And she did this without making us feel like we were a huge pain in the butt!! Amazing. Helen did such a great job of keeping us informed all along the way and also enlisted a great title company contact so that our document signing went off without a hitch. I seriously could not think of anything else that Helen could have done to make the process of selling our house go any better - she is a real gem :-)
Helen listed our home at a good price that she suggested and it sold to the first person to see it. She was very active during the whole process of selling the house. She was on top of everything. She guided us through the whole process. She kept us informed of the status of the sell and made us aware of any problem areas. She checked the house to make sure the estate sale would leave the house in good condition for the final walk through. She took care of things that needed to be done that we forgot to do. Helen is the best agent that we ever worked with and I would highly recommend her.
