It has been such a joy having Helen as our realtor. She was referred to us by a family member and as soon as we met her we knew she was a perfect fit for us. From the first day she was prepared and knowledgeable of what we needed to do to sell our home. She provided us with all the information we needed to make good decisions in a market that was not as easy. She is very respectful, prompt and helpful. She went above and beyond in dealing with a buyer that we had for our listing that was a nightmare to deal with. There were many times during our contract period that we wanted to tell the person buying our home that we no longer wanted to sell our home to them, but Helen told us to remain calm and she that would do all the heavy lifting… and she did just that. We were beyond pleased in having her as our realtor and recommend her to anyone looking for a new realtor that is honest and trustworthy. And we will definitely use her again in the future.
