Helen represented us on both a buy and a sell transaction. The buy transaction was a new build. The sell transaction was an existing residence built in 2005 in the gated 55+ community of Trilogy at Vistancia. The property was listed at 9:00 am on a Friday morning and a contract was signed at 8:00 pm that same Friday evening. Their were 3 showing of the property on that Friday and multiple offers above asking price.
