I am a mother of six ranging from age 15-29 and married 30 plus years. We only lived in the house we out grew and the one we live in presently.
My husband and I teach 1st through 3rd grade Sunday school. I enjoy making corn pillows for people that I hear are having aches and pains, crocheting baby blankets for expectant moms, baking for the community garage sale. I bake different treats for participants to give away to hopefully avoid drive byes. I door hang 800 homes once monthly to serve my community with my merchant mail bag. They print and I distribute hoping to make an impact on their business to keep them in business.
When crisis hit for many so did it for my family. In 2005 my husband was laid off for six months just after we invested all the equity of our home in rentals. When the insurance company mailed back our premium to cancel our insurance rather then pay the claim because the damage was more then the property value it was not good. Instead of bailing and further devastating our housing crisis I went back to work full time as a Cashier after staying at home 13.5 years and got my real estate license. Walking away would have been acceptable and easy. We have chose to add 30 years to our mortgage to do the right thing.
I can honestly relate whether you are buying your first dream home, selling a home or having tough times. I am patient while you realize what is best for you. I am not looking to be a top producer just to serve my community with “Service, Integrity, Results” one Client at a time. One year instead of short selling 3 homes I helped my potential Seller's retain their homes instead. For me it wasn't about the money from selling their homes but trying that one last time to hang on to their homes because that is what they really wanted.
I consider every Client an honor and privilege to serve.
I look forward to making your dreams your reality
