If she doesn't have the answer she will get it. But rarely do I find that she doesn't know her stuff. She is more than just someone who sells and shows houses. She truly has her clients best interest at heart. You may think something is a good idea and Helen will either agree with you and help you or point you in the correct direction if it's not a great idea. She will make sure you get the most out of your sale. She also will make sure that she saves you as much money as possible. She knows all the loop holes, ins and outs, and things that you wouldn't even think of. Like wetland rules on a property you may be looking at, or where you can build on your land, or if you have an agricultural land issue.
