If you don't have a realtor and are looking for one, let me be the first to tell you why you need Helen. It doesn't matter what it is when it comes to realty. Helen knows her stuff. If she doesn't have the answer she will get it. But rarely do I find that she doesn't know her stuff. She is more than just someone who sells and shows houses. She truly has her clients best interest at heart. You may think something is a good idea and Helen will either agree with you and help you or point you in the correct direction if it's not a great idea. She will make sure you get the most out of your sale. She also will make sure that she saves you as much money as possible. She knows all the loop holes, ins and outs, and things that you wouldn't even think of. Like wetland rules on a property you may be looking at, or where you can build on your land, or if you have an agricultural land issue. She works with amazing people and can help point you in any direction needed. This is the woman you want on your side! She is fun, honest, and the hardest worker you will ever meet! You won't be sorry, she has done ALL our houses!

Helen is fantastic.. very professional and makes sure you understand what is happening every step off the way and if you have questions , No questions go unanswered.. she makes a point to check out things that most buyers or sellers have no idea what to ask or look out for.. Helen is amazing!! I had been in my house for 24 yrs. and had,nt a clue what was involved in selling ones house!! She walked me thru every aspect through out the whole process.
