Helen is a fantastic agent. She went above and beyond to assist us in obtaining repair persons, cleaning services, and supervised any repairs or improvements made. This was so helpful since I live out of town. I don't know how we would have been able to get the homes ready for sale without her. In every case, she assured us and answered all our questions expeditiously either by phone or text or email. When there were last minute “snags” in the process, she immediately addressed them and assured us that they had been addressed. Our sale could not have been more successful: we had several viewings in the first couple of days, and had several offers immediately, selling our home for over the asking price. I would certainly highly recommend Helen to anyone hoping to sell a home.
