We sold our Aunt's condominium in Florida while in California. Heidi made the entire long distance process so easy and fast. She was very responsive and helped us in many ways (before arriving in Florida, while there, and after returning back to CA). When we did arrive in the area, she recommended a handyman, plumber and hauler and all were great and prompt which we appreciated since we had little time to accomplish our tasks. She also helped with an appraisal we had arranged, letting the appraiser in since we could not be there to do so. These are just some of the many tasks she helped us with and we were so thankful for her knowledge and assistance.
