First off, I would never use another realtor in the Port Charlotte/North Port area ever again as Heidi was amazing from day one. She helped us get over our asking price and we went under contract in 3 days! We had some major hiccups (title company problems, difficult buyer problems) and Heidi always was willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. She was even running around to the Tax Collectors office and calling in favors to get all of our issues taken care of. She saved the day on more than one occasion. I have never seen another realtor work so hard for a client, and I've purchased 4 homes now. She has a great attitude, lays things out realistically and straight forward, never gave up, and always kept us in the loop. 10/10 I would use her again in a heart beat!!

Heidi Schrock and her team LUCAS ADAMS were able to very quickly sell our home and as soon as the contract was signed we had a contract on THE DREAM HOME… They works hours on hours to secure this piece of paradise… I can’t count how many text after 9pm between Heidi, Lucas, My wife, Josh McCombs Core financial, and Terrance the sellers agent… we successfully closed in less than a month… 30 days total including Christmas and New Years so all in all less than ten actual business days from selling contract signing to purchase contract signing to close and move in the same day!!! Lucas Adams helped my family with some moving and even offered to have his friends help!!! Way above and beyond!!! Total Professionalism at the finest… can say we have added another member to our extended family, and that is how Heidi and her team makes you feel!!!
Heidi Schrock and her associates are the bomb!!! Listed on a Friday at 6:30pm almost 40 showings Saturday thru Monday at 4:00pm and sealed a deal by 5:00pm… all questions answered and even went to bat for us when the buyers agent was not such a friendly lady!!! Heidi has been working with me and my family for several years and when we were ready she was there on a run!!! Even found our DREAM HOME within hours of signing the contract on our sale!!! Had a contract signed by 3:00pm the next day!!!
