The marketing products were amazing and the 3D tour and professional photos made our listing stand out. We had over 50 showings in 3 days, multiple offers and got over $100k above our asking price. She helped us weigh the offers and choose the offer that best fit our timeline. We are a military family and with Heidi being a former military spouse, she completely understood our unique challenges in selling our home. Through this process we realized how aggressive other realtors can be in a tough market and the tactics they employ could potentially put an uniformed seller at risk. Heidi Robbins is hands down the most amazing realtor we have ever met. She has helped two generations in our family find the perfect forever home. First , she helped my daughter and son in law, both active in the military, find a home for their growing family during the difficult home buying period at the peak of the COVID market. Heidi was fantastic to work with throughout our home buying experience. She responded to our texts, emails, and/or phone calls in a timely manner. My wife and I moved to NOVA from western Tennessee and had limited time to see houses but, Heidi worked with us to make sure all of the homes we wanted to see were available during our visits to the area.
