We chose Heidi as our buyer's agent after reading reviews like these and are so glad we did. Her background in nursing impressed us, as nurses are usually smart, caring, and very detailed. Heidi is no exception. Our closing was delayed by five weeks due to a slow corporate/relo seller with a one-star listing agent. Heidi handled the transaction beautifully. She kept us constantly informed, got to the bottom of problems, literally argued for us, made countless calls she shouldn't have needed to, and finally got us to the finish line with calmness, resourcefulness, humor, and professionalism.
