Heidi was always available, which was important to me and my busy work schedule. Heidi was also an invaluable resource about the area, since I was purchasing from an area outside of Findlay. She recommended services that were necessary and even met with the roofers when I couldn't be there! She guided me through arranging utility transfers and set me up with a great title company. She promptly answered my texts and took me on virtual tours (using her cell phone) through houses. She was very honest and really advocated for me with other realtors.

Heidi sold my trailer home when no one else could. Not only did she sell my home in record time she sold for CASH. I have never sold a home for cash and this sale happened quickly. Heidi was very professional and was kept me in the loop. There were times when it was hard to get a hold of me but she kept trying until she succeeded. If I have another place to sell, Heidi will be the one I will contact.
