Heidi was excellent! I never sold a house before and she was always willing to explain things so I can understand what was happening. She was patient with dealing with myself and my ex husband when we lived in two different states. Buying and selling a house is not for the faint of heart. Our most recent interaction with Heidi was the sale of a house we purchased (through Heidi) 5 years ago. As a seller, one has high expectations for a sales price that knocks things out of the park. Heidi was very realistic with what we should expect and made sure we were on board with what she proposed. That said, I still think she knocked it out of the park for us. More than anything, was just how easy she made the whole process go. Her expertise helped keep anxiety levels low. Additionally, she really does a lot of hand holding, which is highly appreciated. So whether you are buying or selling I really can't think of anyone I'd rather work with. You may start out as a client, but I believe you will finish with a new friend.
